TERMS OF SERVICE

When you place an order on this website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of Saltbox and Co.

DELIVERY

Orders must be placed before 9am for next day delivery. There is a surcharge for Saturday deliveries. There are no deliveries on Sundays, Bank Holidays and the day after Bank Holidays. 

Delivery is to the U.K mainland only and only to addresses with valid postcodes.

The event that we are unable to fulfil our delivery we will offer a full refund or a bouquet on another delivery date.

If you or the recipient are unable to sign for delivery, please leave adequate information in the message section (e.g: Leave in porch).

We will not be held responsible if the recipient is unable to sign for the delivery.

Our flowers should last five days from receipt, if the care instructions are followed.

If you are concerned about the quality or freshness of our flowers, please contact us for a refund or a replacement bouquet.

CANCELLATION

Should you wish to cancel or amend your order, you must do so by 10am on the day before the scheduled delivery date.

REFUNDS

In case of flowers damaged in transit, we require you to inform us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can quickly either arrange a refund or a replacement bouquet.
